the courtroom. I have been in that courtroom on several offences. I have gotten out of over 90% of the tickets I have taken to court. The officer gives his testimony and I have full right to question him about anything and everything that pertains to the case. I dont know how it works where you live, but I sure as hell know how it works here. You are of no help in this situation and I would appreciate it if you would just not say anything at all - it will keep you from looking like an idiot and it will keep me from having to waste keystrokes.
: stay low, stay quiet, and they'll leave your ass alone.
: make a big stink, and they will find any and every reason to pull you over and harass you. and they can do that legally.

To the point that police would park out in front of my house while filling out their daily paper work. seriously. : but whatever. oh, and your vision of the court system is not what you see on tv. you won't have any opportunites to talk to the cop. you will talk to the judge. he will talk to the judge. that's it. no cross examination bs.
